1. Services

Iridescent AlcheMiss offers a range of services — including but not limited to: creative/spiritual sessions (e.g. Reiki, Past Life Reading, Tarot), babysitting, personal chef services, home cleaning, pet/dog walking, photography, life coaching, etc.

Each service listing includes price and duration; booking constitutes acceptance of those terms.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after deposit/payment (if required) is made.

Prices stated at booking time apply; Iridescent AlcheMiss reserves the right to update pricing for future bookings.

Accepted payment methods include the online payment processors configured through Setmore.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposit.

Clients may reschedule once free of charge with at least 24-hour notice.

No-shows will be treated as full service rendered, and full payment remains due.

4. Service Conditions & Client Responsibilities

Client must provide accurate information about needs, location, schedule, and any relevant conditions (e.g. allergies, pets, special requirements).

For in-person services: space must be safe, accessible, and adequate for service tasks. Pets, valuables, and personal items outside scope should be secured by client.

Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if environment is unsafe, unsanitary beyond acceptable scope, or violates boundaries/terms.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

Iridescent AlcheMiss performs services with reasonable care; however, results may vary depending on environment, client’s materials, cooperation, or other factors outside control.

The Provider is not liable for pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or unrelated damage.

The Provider is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by unsafe environments or client’s failure to disclose important information.

Client agrees to release the Provider from claims related to the service, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Refunds & Satisfaction

Services are considered final once completed.

Refunds or corrections will only be issued if a clear error or omission by Provider is demonstrated — and must be requested within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Client contact and personal information provided for booking are kept confidential and used only for scheduling and service-related communications.

Under no circumstances will photos, videos, or personal data be shared without explicit client consent.

8. Booking Policy / Pre-Service Notice

Client is responsible for considering travel time and preparation required for in-person booking.

Provider’s availability, booking lead time, payment completion, and any special pre-service instructions sent must be adhered to for services to proceed.

9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

Provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for:

Disrespectful or unsafe behavior;

Unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions;

Requests outside of agreed service scope;

Non-payment or payment issues.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued booking or use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in appropriate courts within Jacksonville, Florida.
